|Recommended: YesBest first apartment I could as for — My boyfriend and I were looking for our first apartment, a decently priced apartment for the size we needed, and we looked for months. I found willow hill and the staff here has gone above and beyond my expectations. Anytime I ever have any issues they are right on it. The management here is also very on top of things and get back to you in a decent amount of time. I feel like they always are willing to help anyway they can. Maintenance has fixed any issues I've had in under a week they were minor not serious issues so it wasn't a huge deal to wait This community is so quiet and so nice to be in. The grounds are all very well kept. I love it here and plan to stay here for as long as needed.

|Recommended: YesLove my new home — I love my new space. Move in was stress free and easy. I love how much storage space I have now. I think the only issue I have been having is with the local children being loud - but I know that is not a fault of the complex. Overall I am very satisfied here.

|Recommended: YesGreat community — All around would recommend living here. Price is a little expensive for the 1 bedroom apartments. Basketball court rims need to be fixed

|Recommended: YesI Absolutely Love Willow Hills Apartments — Willow Hills is a wonderful place to live. It is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The
residence are nice and respectful of each other by keeping the noise to a minimum. The staff are fantastic and work hard to make sure our buildings are well maintained and they always respond to calls in a timely manner. They greet you with a smile and work with you to maintain our safe and healthy neighborhood. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a quiet non smoking residence with a doggie park and a pool.

|Recommended: YesThe property and amenities are beautiful — The staff is overall very helpful with any issues that come up and the ground keeping is very nice. The residents for the most part are friendly. The only real issue I’ve had it some residents not parking in proper parking spaces and have blocked in myself or others.

|Recommended: YesStill love this place after 40 years — It was a great place in 78 and still is today. Great staff and grounds. Some of the homes are older but have been well maintained and updated.

|Recommended: YesClose to everything and Clean. — I've lived here for 13 years and have always felt safe and never had any major issues. Noisy neighbors are a given, it doesn't matter where you live. A lot of people don't abide by the lease agreement. The office staff is attentive to your needs, even through the pandemic. I do wish there was a secured entry and the fixtures and doors to the closets were updated. Being close to Meridian and Goodwill, there is a bit of noise, but mostly during the day.

|Recommended: YesWelcoming Staff, Comfortable Space — The Staff in the office are one of the biggest reasons I moved into Willow Hill. They were so kind, helpful, and eager to help me find a place to live They are prompt with their responses and do a great job.
My apartment is lovely and I am very comfortable living in my space. The complex is well maintained and it’s a very quiet space, despite being right off of Meridian.
We are so happy our team has been positive. We are excited to have you here.
